  I have no idea why all the bad reviews are here as my experience so far has been nothing but pleasant. I have been here for almost 3 months, and the staff has been wonderful. I have "read" all these reviews, prior to me coming here, I was a bit hesitant because of them but remember most tenants/clients rarely leave good reviews as in the customer service business, it's truly a thankless industry, My experience has been great, I have only had 2 issues, heating, and both of them occurred after hours. I called the emergency line, and got help and issue resolved. The people that worked with me billy and travis were excellent, as well as prompt and not only fixed my issue, but also went out of their way to tell me what was causing it and what to do in the future. The office manager is always smiling. Maybe because I am nice to begin with and I say my pleasantries and smile and don't have unrealistic expectations, but I have had no issues for the price. If there is only one regret I have, it's not moving in here early enough, due to the fear the reviews here placed in me. But if you are positive, smile, and can pay rent on time, and are reasonable, I recommend this place whole heatedly. For someone with a less than stellar credit score, Pine lake is a great place to live. They also have moving specials and an excellent pet policy. I have looked at all the apartments in the area, and with the convenient, the pet accommodation as well as the price, this is by far one of the best options out there.

  They do not like to fix things within your apartment an the maintenance team is very rude. They have had the pull down for 2 years an have been "fixing it" for 2 years as well. They just walk in an do not give you notice. An then when they do give you notice they don't come. They are always leaving leftover wood and pieces of what they're working on all over the apartment complexes. They have very bad plumbing problems an never try to fix them. We've been here two years an they have not fixed the broken heater an the broken sink since the first month. They are not very nice people after you move in either.
