  We bought a king bed from Morris in Florence on Saturday, Dec 30 and scheduled delivery for Saturday, Jan 6. The morning of the 6th, one hour before the delivery window, they called to say the bed was damaged and they couldn't deliver it. The soonest we could get a replacement delivered was Wednesday, Jan 17. I went to the store and was told by the manager that they pride themselves on being a "better quality store than say, Valu City." I told him we would have to sleep with our brand new mattress (from Costco) on the floor until the replacement was delivered and that we had guests coming to visit. He said he would look into it but I never heard anything else from him.
  
  I took off work on Wednesday, Jan 17th for the replacement delivery. Once again, I got called an hour before the delivery window saying the bed was damaged and they couldn't deliver it.
  
  I went in to the store and spoke to a different manager. After telling her the situation she said that that particular supplier "recently switched to a different wood and it doesn't seem to be as sturdy." My brain processed this to mean, "we have a problem with a supplier and don't care enough to do anything about it." I told her I wanted a refund as I couldn't trust this wouldn't happen again. She asked if there was any other bed we would want instead. I told her there wasn't and that since this happened twice, I couldn't trust that anything from any of their other suppliers would be delivered undamaged.
  
  She said she would refund the money back on the credit card I used. When she handed me the receipt, it was short $100. I told her and she said that the in-store gift card was nonrefundable. I told her I was charged $2800 and that was what the refund should be. She looked at the computer again and said apparently I was charged for the gift card. As she typed to refund the $100, I told her that this was all the more reason not to trust anything about Morris.
  
  I gave one star because I couldn't give anything lower. After telling a few coworkers about my experience they all said they heard nothing good about Morris. I should have talked to them first. I would have saved two and a half weeks of waiting and missing a day's pay. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience!
